Before you schedule your private lesson, please consider the following.

• BDG uses Google Duo for private online lessons. It is a free and easy-to-use video call service that most, if not all, people can reliably access.

• If the connection during our scheduled private lesson is poor on either end, you do not lose out on your lesson! I am more than happy to reschedule and honor the time and information you have paid for.

• I can deliver more accurate information if I can see AND hear what’s going on. To help with this, make sure you’re in an area with adequate space so that you and your instrument/practice are clearly visible in your visual feed during our scheduled video lesson. Additionally, do your best to find an area where the background noise is minimal. I can make any situation work, but just remember that a higher quality practice environment free of distractions contributes to higher quality rehearsal!
